Slow And Steady Wins the Race

I'm posting because I need motivation to finish the race! I'm 1 year and a couple months into this weight lose journey. I was the typical food junkie. foodie, binge/emotional eater, and all the above. I was pre-diabetic, morbidly obese, and insecure about myself. One night changed all of that. I decided to get on a scale for the first time in over 2 years. I weighed in at 267 lbs. Yes 267. I can proudly say I am 2 lbs away from 199 lbs! After that I will work on losing somewhere between 40-60 lbs (depending on what my body looks like). My life has forever changed. I enjoy eating healthy and feel weird if I go two days without some type of physical activity. I love the new me and look forward to falling more in love with myself!!! I hope to inspire somewhere as they're starting their journey or if their someone out there that's looking for motivation feel free to add me!!!! Good luck and I look forward to seeing the many success stories of 2014!
