My GF sees improvement in my lower body development but my buddies still tell me I am disproportionately top heavy. Do I look that disproportionate?

Maybe a little still. You don't have tree trunk legs but they aren't teeny either. Maybe it would look different in a front view vs. profile. What are your workouts like?0

I have had a history of mainly training my upper body with weights and only cardio for legs. I have introduced dumbbell lunges and goblet squats. My barbel squat is weak and I just don't like them so I use the other two.0

You could try leg press too but just keep at it. If you have been doing a lot of upper for a long time it's going to take a while to catch up. Are you doing like 5x5's?0

I tend to do 20 reps with the goblet squats and 12 with lunges. I saw a woman standing on two separate platforms dangling a kettlebell between and going low. This looked interesting and effective.0

I have tried leg press but I see more people using it with one leg at a time rather then two lately. Maybe worth a try. If I go deep it seems to strain something internally so I have avoid this one for now.0

I'm sure you have arm and core strength to support that. Clearly be sure the platforms can't slip or keep a medic on standby.0

I feel the progress is low but on the right track. More recent. My upper to lower body strength is still way out of whack but going in the right direction.

I dont think disproportinate at all. You have decent size legs just not much muscular development. Cant see the calves and thats were most guys need bulk , keep up the work itll show soon. You dont always have to use weights either try pushing the sled or plate ,duck walks, squat jumps, step ups.0
