If you want to lose 32 pounds in 4 months that would mean that you would lose 8lbs a month.
It's not impossible but it will take a lot of effort. Try some strength training and generally working out while you're eating at a deficit to lose weight. It will make you look much more slimmer. It really helps!
Good Luck xx0 -
It's taken me 8 months to not quite lose 30 pounds.
But to be fair I like to eat.0 -
I lost around 25 lbs in 9 weeks. Every one is different, the secret is to set modest goals, like lose 5 lbs a month. If you get there earlier its great.0

It depends on where you are starting from. In a healthy weight range even a moderate deficit can have a lot of side effects.
When I was obese I reliably lost 1.5 - 1.7 pounds per week at 1200 calories a day, for several months.0 -

Your ticker says you are looking to lose 33lbs total, the closer you get to goal, the longer it will take.
Ideally:
If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal0 -
Everyone's body is different so it really depends but 1-2 lbs a week loss is really what you want to aim for. Why rush it? The weight didn't come on overnight. It's going to take time to come off.0

I lost 29 lbs in 3 months, so I would say yes it is possible.. with alot of hard work and dedication.
But I guess it also depends on how heavy you are to begin with.0 -
Oh, OP is 225 pounds. That changes things a bit. You could probably aim for 2 pounds a week (assuming your of average height and not on the tall side here) and lose close to 30 in that time frame (considering you'll probably see a large drop at first)0

It is possible for someone with your stats with the right tools and adherence, but don't beat yourself up if you stumble along the way
