How much do you guys consider to be one 'cup' when logging your water?
For example, if i drink a 75cl bottle of water how many cups can i put that as?
Im confused :s xx

had this epiphany just this morning as I sat in traffic and went to log the water I was drinking onto the MFP app on my iphone.... I had been logging each bottle of water I drink as one cup but each bottle is 16.9 ounces....so Ive been drinking twice as much water as I had been logging...

According to google conversions 2 litres is about 8 cups so I fill up a litre bottle of water and drink 2 of them :)
  • Thank you, I had the same question….Blessings!
  • Out of curiosity, where do you live that you measure fluids in centiliters? I live in Canada, and everything is ml here.
