    This made me tear up, I am on a similar journey, just starting and its stories like yours that give me the determination to do it myself. I am seeing myself change my lifestyle too, slowly in the foods I choose and the exercise is slowly becoming easier. Thank you so much for sharing this. I hope to be sharing something like this next year.
