Super Bowl Blues

Hi gang,

I've been doing great with healthier eating over the last couple of weeks. I just turned 43 and decided it's time to get serious about this. I told myself that I wasn't going to let the Super Bowl festivities this weekend get me off track. Wrong! I ate too much and now feeling guilty about that. What do you guys do to get back on track the day after?

    I just getback on track and try to remember that I didn't gain weight in one day and I won't lose it in one day!

    Don't dwell on it, it happened and their nothing you can do about it now. Learn from it and move forward. Best of luck to you on your journey.

    Thanks for your support today! I am back on track. I did some walking on the treadmill on my lunch break. :)
