    Hey ladies,

    NOW:
    5ft 6.5/7in
    36 - 27 -37
137lb athletic with boobs and bum
    BMI 21.4
    Body fat 19%

STARTED: 168lb, 76kg, BMI 26.3, body fat about 26%, college study-time grazer, ex-collegiate sportsperson gone astray
    Turning point: Upper arm cellulite

Surprised at first that I am weighing in more than most here because I am on the taller side and running a body fat % of about 19 so pretty ripped right now... Not quite 6 pack yet but working on it! Maintenance and toning are my current goals.

My main point would be focus on body fat % rather than the scales or measurements. A big butt does not equal a bad butt! Likewise I'm a 36 around the bust but that's cos I'm a 32DD... So don't stress on the numbers (except body fat % which dictates tone and maybe waist hip ratio which is really important in terms of cardiovascular health and should be less than 0.85 to be healthy. [waist circ/hip circ]). You can get your body fat % tested accurately in most gyms or on some automated BMI checkers (but these are less accurate).

Scales are great when a big fat burn is required but when it comes down to toning up afterwards, muscle is good (some people like less, some like more!) and fat is the enemy! Body fat %!!

If you're starting your journey -good luck and stick with it! Take it slow and steady and don't forget muscle ie protein and exercise is SO GOOD. We all wanna have a nice apple butt and flat toned tum, am I right!!

    146lbs

Bust: I don't know my measurement but I wear a 32C bra? Very small anyway!

Waist (natural waist/above belly button): 28.5 inches

Hips (widest part/round my bum): 40 inches

    I'm a very obvious pear!

I'm still pretty much at the beginning of my journey but here goes:

    Weight: 170
    Waist: 33
    Bust: 34
    Hips: 41

My hips & waist are HUGE since I had my daughter, so my main goal is shrinking those back down.

Did my measurements properly yesterday, I was off by a couple of inches on my hips!! :(

I'm actually closer to 42 inches there. Ouch.

    Im 5'5.5 and I weigh 130/131

    Chest 34
    waist 31
    Hips 38

I am happy about the hips. It means my booty has gotten better. My goal is to be the same in the chest and down to 28 in the waist. Basically I would like to not have a muffin top. Id be more than happy with that. I am ok with my weight but would prefer that it be more muscle than it is at the moment,. Great job everyone.

It's really hard to compare your weightloss results with someone else whenever that person could have a completely different body type. I to know what realistic mesurement goals I can set myself because I'm not sure if the number on the scale is enough on its own.

    I'm 5ft 5/ 5ft 6 (167 cm)
    I weigh 126 lbs
    36 - 27 - 37
Actually, we're very very close... I'm 127lbs. My boobs are just way teensier :3
