Hello, all. Today is my one year anniversary on MFP (and my weight loss journey as a whole), so I thought I would share with you some of my thoughts and accomplishments. As of this morning, I have lost 124lbs. I have gone from a woman's size 22-24 pants and 3X tops to a size 12 pants and medium tops. When I started, I could barely walk as I was basically 300lbs at 5' 3". Today I can not only walk, but run (did a 5K in September and am signed up for a color run this April), and have taken up bike riding recently as well. I feel like this is a total lifestyle for me now, as I've had a few days of not counting (Christmas, New Years) and the next day went back with NO problem, something I was never able to do before on "diets". I am really content with this new lifestyle and think I am finally never going to go back! At 31 I am in the best shape of my life!
Okay, some pictures, as I know we all love pictures don't we?

Today 124lbs gone forever!
Its amazing how fat hides our beauty. That photo of you in that red/white top really shows up your beauty. Congratulations on your achievement and keep going, you have done yourself proud. Take that picture on put it on the fridge, as a reminder of how far you have come and where you intend to stay. Enjoy your new self because you deserve too.0 -
I needed a pick me up and your amazing story has accomplished that. Congratulations and thanks for being an inspiration. Cheers to you!0
