Banana cake with chocolate frosting
1 3/4 cup Pillsbury sugar free yellow cake mix
100g mashed banana
1/2 cup club soda
100 g thinly sliced banana
2 Hunt's sugaar free chocolate pudding cups
Mash banana really good. Add cake mix and club soda and mix until combined. Put into well greased 2 8 or 9 inch round cake pans. Set to 350 degrees. Bake 15-20 minutes depending on which round pans are used.
Let cakes cool completly.
Put one cake on platter. Top with thinly sliced bananas and 1 pudding cup.
Top with second cake. Frost with the last pudding cup.
I cut the cake into 8 slices and figured this to be about 130 calories per slice. Super moist and super easy to make.

Bump, sounds like something I would like to try.0

The cake sounds fine, but frosting it with pudding sounds nauseating.
I'm sure there are frosting recipes out there that are lower cal.0 -
