1200 Calories a Day - low carb & high protein

Any suggestions for meals? Or does anyone have an open meal plan that I can use for ideas?

  • Hi there, I have tried the 1200 calorie diet. After three days I was lethargic so please be careful and make sure your body can handle that Google 200 calorie meals and try to stick to 6 a day. Pepperidge farm sells 45 calorie a slice bread that is small and might help with low carbs. Boiled eggs make a great protein and with a tiny bit of mayo you can make an egg salad sandwich for 200 calories using the bread I mentioned. I am new to this myself and definitely not an expert but I hope this might help.
