Do the grams change? HELP

I got a consultation from a friend - she gave me my starting macros
165 C, 160 P, 45 F
But when I go to customize the settings, it says 171g carbs and I only get to change the percentage (40%) - any way I can change the grams??
Please help!

    What exactly do the percentages represent? The portion of calories that nutrient should be?

    Yep. Percentage of intake.

    out of 2000 (round number) of calories, 40% are X, 40% Y, 20% Z. (or whatever).

    It's ballpark.
