not to rain on yal's parade..but eating a calorie deficit and lifting heavy will reveal more of your abs then 'hip hop abs' or any of the other programs out there claiming to spot reduce….

Abs are made in the kitchen.

    so save your money :)

if you eat at a calorie deficit in union with exercise, I dont see why any program wouldn't work! I think what he is saying, and I too, "you have to work at it"! And eventually intensify any workout regimen. I'm currently doing hip hop abs myself, love it, easy to follow. Its a great starter program I will say that.

No, I am saying that Hip Hop Abs is not going to do anything for you abs. I just think that if you want "abs" you will be much better off eating in deficit, hitting macros, and focusing on have lifting with compound movements….

OK …but it still does zero for "abs"….

I know plenty of shredded people with six packs who do not even train their abs…I only train mine once a week with weighted movements….the rest is all compound movements and diet.

I love Hip Hop Abs too! I have been doing this for 2 months and have lost weight and inches. I am not particularly hoping to just shape up my abs. It's an overall good workout. Cardio, sculpting, etc. It works your arms, legs, thighs, butt…. Shaun T is so motivating too!

Hip Hop Abs is fun, but after awhile I got bored with it. So I am switching it up between that and other workouts. But I have lost weight and inches because of HHA and will continue to use it along with MFP.

Day 3 was the ab sculpt - tuck, tilt and tighten. Why do I feel like a porn star doing some of this. I love it! Maybe, I should have learned these moves when I was younger.

LOL!!! I have HHA and it IS a lot of fun and you do get a good workout. No results yet, but I'm still giving it a go.
Slim in 6 is another good workout, but becomes very boring!
