I'm new to this site and just trying to loose some weight only 32 years old so need to get healthy, needing to loose at least 98lbs. Any help or new friends to lean on would be awesome !!!

    YAY I had to go read the help just to learn how to post so wasn't sure where it was posted. I'm new to this site and I'm hoping it will help get me motivated.

    Thank you !!! I'm home from work today with a hurt back and I was on sofa browsing and found this site and I'm so happy I did.

    My kids are a awesome reason for me they are my everything :-)
