Hi. I am 34 years old and I sit at a desk all day and I need to get in shape. I waste too much money on snacks from the vending machines. I avoid fruits and veggies like I am allergic to them. I get some exercise but not enough. So now it is time to make changes for the better. Starting tomorrow I will log my food and exercise daily. I will set my diary so you people can see it. I am going to try to get in exercise every day. I need people to keep my accountable.

    Ahh vending machines, my old nemesis. I knew I had a problem when I had to think really hard if I wanted to pay the ridiculous price for chips that were already expired. Add me if you want. I'm 36, sit at a desk as well.
