I have looking to really improve and tone my chest. Any ideas on how to obtain toned chest muscles and get rid of the man boobs?

The man boobs are caused by fat. Lose weight - drop body fat, and the man boobs will disappear, revealing the pecs underneath. There's no specific exercise you can do to remove fat from that one body region, it has to come off everywhere, and that happens by eating at a caloric deficit. Lift weights and eat protein while you're dropping weight to preserve the muscle you've got now. Once you've dropped your body fat, you can decide if you're happy with the shape underneath - if you want bigger muscles you can switch from dieting to bulking to put on some muscle mass.0

I agree with the fat loss. That will get rid of the flabbiness of them. However, pushups, dips, etc will help tone them.0
