Valentine's day challenge! <3

From now until Valentines I am aiming to burn a minimum of 600 calories a day. I want to feel extra smokin' for my date. Anyone in with me on this?! :)

    LOVE Zumba!! Wish i could get in but im still recovering for flu like sickness.... but im still getting my work out on i just switched it to palaties instead, so im not killing my lungs when they are still recovering..... once im fully recovered im hitting ZUMBA hard!!

  • Today I've done an hr and 40 min of HIIT. Feels soo good!

  • I report my 606 calories on treadmil / elliptical + arms n abs with weights :D so it must be more than 600 :D your topic really gave me the short term goal to get in shape for my darling :D
  • I have a busy day ahead of me - I'm getting my workouts done nice and early. HIIT again for the win!
