Though my military hubby is now happily retired, I have recently pondered my life as a monad, often single parent of those days. I would love to hear about your challenges and victories.

Military spouse here too. He's still in and we're probably reposting mid year as is.
Challenges and successes?? Where do you begin?0 -
Military wife here as well. Hubby has been in for 10 years. We've been through deployment and training, and now we have a 9 month old daughter! Life is busy, but the challenges are worth it. We're also looking forward to a move this year.0

Military spouse here! My husbands been in 8 yrs. We are just starting our second sea duty...yay! That yay was so meant to be sarcastic...lol We went through our biggest challenges our first 4 yrs in. I can happily say that time and experience has made thing much more tolerable.
The continued challenged is maintaining a healthy lifestyle amongst all the moving around. My answer to that is to make my health both physically and mentally my #1 focus. If I'm not healthy how do I expect to take care of my kids and my home!0
