I would like to up my daily protein by approx 15 grams.
Any low cal ideas on how to do that ?
And I can't do plain egg whites. No way.
I have reduced my carb intake a lot and according what I have read for my current weight I should be consuming 55 grams a day.

if you add 15g of protein and subtract 15g of carbs or 7g of fat there's no extra calories in total.
A protein shake would be one option, or a bit more meat / fish.0 -
A little bit of chicken could do?
Some fish?
nuts?
You could get a good quality protein powder with no other ingredients and have a little scoop
If you like milk, then milk
15 grams is very little I'm sure there would be more ways other than the eggs
Alternatively, You could get creative and try something like a celery stick in almond butter. A few of those and your protein intake could be anywhere from 8-15g0 -

you could just eat more meat with your meal and less pasta/rice/bread/whatever. there's also greek yogurt, cottage cheese, beef jerky. Protein shake. You could also make a chicken or tuna salad and eat that with some crackers for a snack.0
