Protein intake

I would like to up my daily protein by approx 15 grams.
Any low cal ideas on how to do that ?
And I can't do plain egg whites. No way.
I have reduced my carb intake a lot and according what I have read for my current weight I should be consuming 55 grams a day.

    if you add 15g of protein and subtract 15g of carbs or 7g of fat there's no extra calories in total.

    A protein shake would be one option, or a bit more meat / fish.

    A little bit of chicken could do?
    Some fish?
    nuts?
    You could get a good quality protein powder with no other ingredients and have a little scoop
    If you like milk, then milk
    15 grams is very little I'm sure there would be more ways other than the eggs :)
    Alternatively, You could get creative and try something like a celery stick in almond butter. A few of those and your protein intake could be anywhere from 8-15g

    you could just eat more meat with your meal and less pasta/rice/bread/whatever. there's also greek yogurt, cottage cheese, beef jerky. Protein shake. You could also make a chicken or tuna salad and eat that with some crackers for a snack.
