    LW: 218 (last year)

GW: 150-160?- I have been obese my whole adult life so really I have no clue what weight I will look/feel my most healthy at so this is just an estimate.

    Height: 5'7.5" or 5'7" and change :P

HW: 160 or 170 (2003- junior year in high school was ROUGH)
    LW: 127ish (late 2012/early 2013)
    CW: fluctuates between 135-140
GW: I like my general shape/ size. Now focusing on body recomposition.

I started on here in the high 140s or just over 150. Ran like the devil was after me and fell madly in love with it until it got too cold and my asthma started acting up. Started doing 30 minutes (at least) on the elliptical every day and Jillian Michaels workouts, and then found a new love: weights. I started in June of 2013 with NROLFW in hopes that I would lose the 4 or 5 pounds I'd gained, but ended up gaining a couple more. HOWEVER, I look SO much better now around 137 than I did at 127, I can't believe it.

I used to have a goal of a 6-pack at one point, but I'm not sure if I want my body fat to get that low. Working on moving toward maintenance and gaining strength.

    HW 216
    SW 207
    CW 176
GW 160 (only because I know how difficult it will be for me - personally - to get and stay any lower than that!)

I am eating about 1600 cals a day. Exercising when I can - My diary is open. Open to friends as well.

    Hi. I'm 5'7".

    HW: About 147 lbs.
    CW: 135
    GW: 132-135
    LW: 125 (in my teens)

I am a long distance runner so that helps me keep the weight off. I've been focusing on eating healthy calories instead of junk calories and I think I look better today at 50 years old than I ever have. I want to be an inspiration that things don't have to decline as you age. :-)

Isn't it amazing that we're all almost the same height, but we all have different goal weights? Have you ever checked this out? http://www.mybodygallery.com/ <-- really interesting to see how different women of the same height and weight can look so different! Check it out. :)

Yes, it is interesting and it's all about body composition (we can all do something about this with exercise/weight lifting) and what % of body fat a person has (again we can do something about this with exercise/weight lifting) as well as where they carry it (unfortunately this is mostly genetic).

    CW: 140
    LW: 120 when I was 20
    GW: 125

  • Hey!! Does it count if I USED to be 5'7"??? I've shrunk an inch in 10 years between kids and osteoarthritis in my lower back :grumble: :grumble:

    SW: 235
    CW: 158.8
    GW: 145

    I'm 5'7
    SW:224.5
    CW:155
GW- I'll know it when I reach it

I started with a goal weight of 175 beacuse I didnt want to make seem impossible. Reached that and thought lets see what 165 looks like. Hit that and thought "Maybe I can make pre-mommy weight of 157" and I DID!! Foucusing now on doing more core exercises to tone everything up. I am convinced that Jillian Michaels is going to be the death of me!!
  • I'm 5'7" and 3/4 but I rounded it off to 5'8" for MFP

    SW: 218 lbs. (April 2013)
    CW: 183 lbs. (Feb. 2014)
GW: 163 (This might change as I get closer to this goal)

35 pounds lost so far :D

I'm eating an average of 1800 calories daily, sometimes more because I do strength training. I heard it was harder to build muscle if you eat at a deficient. I noticed the pounds are coming off slower as I gain muscle but the inches are coming off a bit faster which I love :D Sometimes, I binge but I make it up the next week by working out and eating clean as regularly as possible.
  • I'm also 5' 7"! I post "progress pics" on my Instagram (user name: _shoe_girl_ ), but I started at 156, and I'm currently at 145. I had previously been up to 166, but went down to 143, then got lazy and that's when I got back up to 156.
