    I lost 120lb from April 2012 to September 2012 - a huge amount to lose in just a few months, and not too healthy a way to do it! Since then I've put back on 20lb, but I know I can get rid of it, and have joined MFP to help me lose it the right way this time, and to get in shape for my wedding next year.

    Here I am in April on the right, and September on the left......
