Love Fitnessblender. Any other similar sites?

I like their HIIT and Tabata - free, always something new.

I also subscribe to Jillian Michaels online programme (more advanced and customized than DVDs). And of course my beloved Pilatesanytime.com (got a reformer at home as well).

Does anyone use similar sites? or Apps? Recommednations? I am open to all kinds of workouts!

Thanks

Thanks! I know her well, way back when she started bodyrocker with her ex-husband (they split and zuzkalight is her new brand). I have to say while I enjoyed her choreographs, I did not enjoy how things were filmed. I even subscribed to check it out...and bought the sandbags and dip bar they recommended.

Unfortunately, I don't think it is working out for me.

She uses a blog platform to post everyday, making it extremely difficult to find what I have in mind. THere are various tech glitches as well.

I also prefer a more scientific approach; I need to know the anatomy.

But she did bring home HIIT to my attention, and it has definitely changed my whole approach to exercising!

You Tube has awesome, FREE workouts!! Here are the two channels I recommend trying out -

Jessica Smith - she is very motivating and will work your body! Just watching her vids don't look hard but once you kick it into gear with her... grab a sweat towel! Here are two f my recent favorites below:
♥ Full Length 30-Minute High Intensity Interval Training Workout - HIIT It Hard Cardio
♥ Kickboxing, Kickboxing Classes, Burn Fat, Calories: The Kickboxing Circuit Workout

RealFit TV is another REALLY GOOD WORKOUT - #sweatfest! - I have posted a few of my favorites below:
    ♥ 45-minute Cardio Kick & Plyo Workout
♥ Kick, Jab, & Jump Cardio Kickboxing Workout
♥ Strong & Sleek: Butt Lifting Booty Workout
♥ 45 Minute Lean Leg Kickboxing Workout

On Facebook - like this page - I think she posts a new HIIT workout every week. They are simple but hard!

Oh, I was not saying I did not follow her because of her personal life at all. Just wanted to let you know I have known her and her work since early days. The fact that she was a porn star too never put me or other people off, as she was one of the pioneers in home workout.

I just did not like her workout designs or video arrangements. I did subscribe to her for a limited period of time to see if WarriorZ may evolve into another style that suits me better.

Thanks! Realfit is pretty good, I agree. I love #sweatfest for sure. The core-mind-body-strength (Pilates, Ballet) plus HIIT-styled training (like Realfit, Fitnessblender) work really well for me.

Plyo is fun, I agree! Not much of a kickboxing fan but who knows, my body sometimes takes me to some surprising places :)

    Another great one on YouTube

    - BeFit

I just did Tracey Mallette's Fuse Dance. The filming is good. I am not a big fan of those with changing angles etc. BeFit has a number of big names there, so it is a great free place to check out if you like the style of certain instructors.

What I love about free stuff - especially good quality ones on youtube - is that it gives me the opportunity to experience a lot of different styles, both in terms of workouts and instructors.

I discovered Tabata through FitnessBlender. Now just fell in love with Tracy Mallett's HIIIT+Dance (I already joined her classes on the paid Pilatesanytime.com, but now I see that she has many other goodies). And I checked out Jillian Michaels clips before I purchased her DVDs, because there is nothing more annoying that an instructor you cannot stand. I made that mistake by investing in Turbofire.

It is such a far cry from what I learned 20 years ago from my personal trainer. It was an older school fixed routine. Nowadays, I can do things that suit my mood, energy level, and time everyday!

I am eager to sculpt my arms and abs a bit more, so may settle down to a more specific routine. Or may not. Will take me sometime to try out all the great suggestions here!

Has all of the old Bodyrock workouts on it plus the free Zwows. It also has a search engine if you're short on equipment or want to mix it up.
