I weigh myself every day when I wake up in the morning and every morning I weigh less and less...should I track that as weight lost every day or should I just keep weighing in every week?

I weigh every morning too, but I've picked Friday as my day to log what I see on the scale. That way I can track my weekly weigh changes instead of trying to track each 0.1 lb and it tends to bounce around quite a bit depending on what I eat, etc. I think it's best to pick one day to log it, that way you don't drive yourself crazy with the numbers.0

I hop on & off more times than I care to confess too:blushing: but I use Wed morning at 8am as my logging weight0

I started this on November 8th and for the first 5 days I lost weight every day. It did unbelievable things for my spirit to log that loss every day. My TOM threw a wrench into everything for the past 10 days, but today I am back where I was before the madness began. I intend on logging whatever weight I may lose daily.0

yeah I do the same. I weigh myself every morning and log it even if I just lose 0.2 pounds.0

I weigh in everyday when I get up and yes it does fluctuate, but I use the information to adjust my meals. It allows me to change not only what I eat, but what time of day I eat it.0

I only track the loss on a weekly basis, though I do weigh every day. It's just good to know where you are so you can make adjustments when you need to.0

I weigh in everyday too. It motivates me, and I use it as a tool for my weight loss. It is up to what works for you. I don't get discouraged if I am up a pound or so after I eat a lot the night before......it sort of makes me accountable and accepting. Hey, 0.1 of a pound is still a loss! I log my lowest weight I see. It works for me.0

I weigh in and log it in every morning, that way I can see the overall trend at a glance and know what a "normal" fluctuation is.0

I weigh in every morning and record it down to .10

I weigh in once a week and log it. I have been doing Monday morning for quite a while and think I might change to Tuesday so that I can have a day to adjust after the weekends. I see bigger improvements over a week instead of every day.0

Hmm, well, I used to do this too. I still occasionally do - mainly because it inspires me to keep on track. Whether the number's high or low, it inspires you to keep going. :flowerforyou:
Just remember your weight fluctuates throughout the dayso only record your weight once a week, say, every Monday for example.
