I quit smoking almost 6 months ago and during that time I have put on almost 50lbs!! I wasn't skinny to begin with so that extra fifty means that I now weigh more than I ever have in my life. A staggering 340lbs!

My wife and I started working out two days ago to the T25 workouts and while I am no where close to completing the workouts at full strength I am pushing myself as hard as I can to do as much as I can in those 25 minutes.

I would love to have as much support as possible as we both focus on getting healthy so please add me as a friend!

    Congratulations on joining in! I started my lifestyle change and am officially a month in yesterday :) Although its tough in the beginning, I've found the BEST way to stay motivated is by surrounding yourself with a positive support system and it sounds like you have that with your spouse! Keep your positivity flowing and you can make it happen! Feel free to add me as well :)
