    Congratuations, that's amazing. I've smoked on and off for 14 years. Quitting twice when pregnant with both boys and for periods afterwards, but somehow it always sneaks back up. I struggle with alcohol too, though I don't consider myself an alcoholic. Stay strong!

    Congratulations on starting your journey to a healthier you! As a former smoker, I know it is a hard thing to quit. "Never quit quitting" was my motto...been smokefree for 16 years. You can do it.

    Today i dont feel so great, i get irritated with the smallest things and feel agressive, hope that will be gone soon because i am not like that.

    Good job, I've been clean of both since January 1st. It's not easy but it's worth it.

    Today i am having a bad day, slow day at work, no customers (no customers means no money for me) had to trave home again (90min) came home and just agitated with everything, first thing on my mind was drinking beer and smoke, now i didnt do it but its on my mind.

    Congratulations on what you've done so far! I haven't had a smoke in years (I think 8 or so now) and haven't had any alcohol is almost a year. It gets better/easier just hang in there and anytime you crave do something physical (sit-ups, push-ups, run). It helps!!
