days when you dont feel hungry

since i have started counting cals i have found there to be some days when im hungry and can satisfy my calorie allowance just fine....however i have been finding lately there are days when i just dont feel hungry whatsoever and find it difficult to satisfy my allowance
does anyone else experience this...should i just eat to hit the magic number of cals

I try to hit my caloric goal every day but it doesn't always happen. I tend to save some for the evenings in case of the "munchies" then when don't feel the need to snack it is difficult to top up my daily total.
Add some fruit or a juice. good luck0 -
Maybe you need to reevaluate your calorie goals? While it could be unlikely, your daily goal could be too high, or maybe you're just not used to eating enough calories because you've been a bit deprived in the past. Try slowly adding small, calorie-dense snacks, like nuts, or add some peanut butter to a piece of toast/crackers/tortilla with banana, etc. Most nuts are over 150 calories for a quarter cup, so it's easy to get lots of calories from them while eating little, plus they're full of good fats.0

Since your ticker shows that you are getting close to your goal, you are going to have to make sure you are eating your calories the vast majority of days, in order to keep a healthy body.0
