At 32 years old what should I expect wih my skin? As I lose weight obviously my skin will either go toned or become jiggly. Anyoe have any pointers?

    (1) Lose the weight very slowly
    (2) What's jiggly at first will probably tone up if you give it time
    (3) Drink lots of water and get plenty of sleep at night
    (4) Build some muscles

It took time, but after losing 100 pounds back in 2008, only the girls are the worse for wear. Everything else eventually tightened.

Some of the most depressing places I had saggy skin at first: above the knees, just above the FUPA, under the upper arms, under my chin (but not under my mouth part, under the cheek part, like the cheeks sagged), but most of that is all gone now.

This is a Myth the speed you lose weight will have no effect long term if you have loose skin all not. The only difference it may make is because your skin has time to catch up you may not have much loose skin while in the process of losing weight. Think of a balloon If you let the air out slowly or quickly the saggyness of the balloon is still the same at the end.

The main things that will effect how much saggy skin you may or may not have are the amount you have to lose and Genetics. Genetics is the major factor and it can take up to two years after you've lost weight for your skin to catch up..

Losing 40 pounds won't give you any loose skin unless you have terrible genes and/or smoke. Usually skin is a problem for people losing 100 or more
