Try RebootwithJoe.com. Under the Recipes tab there is a section for healthy smoothies, many of them use greens, and some that do not. Every one I have tried is very good. I would start with one that has more fruit in it, especially pineapple, mango or watermelon, until you get used to the taste of spinach or kale in a smoothie. However, as long as you remove the kale stems, it actually adds a bit of gentle sweetness to the smoothies. Spinach is a gentle tasting green, and I enjoy it quite a bit. Mom’s Mango Smoothie is a good one to start with, but I would up the Spinach content to 2 handfuls. Good luck and good health!

My favorite go-to smoothie is this:

    1-2c silk coconut milk
    1-1.5 frozen bananas
    0.5c pineapple
    2 oranges
    1-2 handfuls of spinach

    I drink the whole thing.

Sometimes I add coconut flakes when I'm wanting an extra coconut punch. But this taste sooooo good!! You could do coconut water instead of the milk too. Some ppl don't like the way greens taste in a milk product.

I just prepared a really good one this week.

    250ml coconut water
    50g of chia seeds
    2 oranges
    2 kiwis
    Juice of 1 lemon
1 frozen banana (you can also use a fresh one)
a lot of fresh spinach (you can also use frozen)
    Some water

It was really really good (boyfriend approved) and you didn't taste the spinach at all. All in all it was 5 servings with 166kcal each.

The chia seeds and the banana fill you up for quite a while.

I have this every single morning:

    1/2 Banana
    1/2 cup mixed Berries
    1 cup Kale
    1 cup Almond Milk

It tastes great, gives me energy before my workout and it's very quick to make. I put the banana, berries, and kale in those individual freezer bags and keep them in the freezer. Then I just take out a bag, blend it with the almond milk, and I have a thick, creamy smoothie. I can't really taste the kale either.

I do this 2-3 times per day and it is pretty good.
    large handful of baby spinach
large handful wheatgrass (some stores have it for $2 a basket)
    1/2 lemon
1 cup ice &1 cup water
    a 1hp blender is recommended.

Sometimes I will add naked green machine and a bannana if I am feeling like sweetening things up.
Beware, this is high in fiber and may cause some bloating at first.
