I am also a stay at home mom, my 2 boys are in school and my daughter is still at home. Working out with kids is hard but doable, and I think you are doing great for wanting to get healthy and do good for yourself and your kids. I started at 270lbs and am now down to 181lbs. I find that I get up before they do and get my workout in before the day starts, and I only do it 5 days a week. If you ever want some support of someone to relate to feel free to add me. Your doing great :-)

    I also have 2 little ones, 21 and 3 months :)
  • Hi Jessica, it sounds like we have lots in common. I am also a stay at home mom of two (4 years and 8 months) and I am also 5 foot 6 and will never be a twig....lol. I also have thyroid problems so I know how frustrating it can be trying to loose those extra pounds. When my levels are out of wack it is nearly impossible because no matter what I do I just can't muster the energy for physical activity. Luckily my levels have been pretty good for the last few months and my doctor monitors it pretty regularly so I am having some success. I have started working out again for the first time in years (joined a bootcamp!) and am down 7 pounds with the ultimate goal to lose 20. I have good days and bad days with it, but little by little I am moving in the right direction and seeing results and that keeps me motivated. I hope the same is happening for you. Keep your chin up girl and good for you for all you have lost so far! That is a major accomplishment! I hope I will be as successful!
