    i love my Polar F4 Women's Heart Rate Monitor Watch

    After u program you specifics, all you have to do is press one button to start your work out, then press the same button when it's over. It tells you your heart rate, how many minutes you were in the "zone", what your highest heart rate was, how many calories you burned and how many minutes you exercised.

    I got my polar f4 for 79.95 at drugstore.com.

    It was regularly 99.95... then they had $10 off... and since i was a first time buyer saved another $10. And they offered free shipping!
