    I have had this app for awhile but have never really used it properly. Today I have decided to give it a real go!

    HI! I've been using this app for a long long time and I go up and down. I have finally decided there's only one way I would like to go now! down 80lbs. I've lost 23 now and could use a buddy to work with getting it done!
