Any Good Late Night Treats?

I usually can't go to sleep until 2 or 3am and It's because I'm so hungry. I try to withstand it but It prevents me from sleeping.. Sometimes I'll eat an Orange or an Apple and that usually does the trick. Is this the correct way to snack before bed? Any suggestions will be appreciated. :-)

  • If it keeps you from the doughnuts then yes. I do 6 oz of baby carrots... feels like a job finishing them off.

I like to make a chocolate casein protein shake, but then heat it up to make a hot chocolate. Sometimes I'll add some marshmallows or a candy cane too. Yum!

Ice cream. The dairy and sugar will help you sleep.

yep - this does it for me. i mix in 2 TB of peanut flour (protein plus from amazon) and a little almond milk, and it makes a nice filling little snack.
  • Yes. Fruits such as apple, blueberries, strawberries, yogurt. I also drink tea. Yogurt is great, too.
  • So long as it isn't drunk dumplings then a bit of fruit is golden. (I have dumplings on the brain)

My go to snack is three to four baby carrots, or a half serving of Cheeseits (a serving is about twenty five, I have tiny hands and a handful is roughly ten to twelve)
