Fiber One bar and a glass of 2% milk. Same thing every day, low calories and keeps me going till lunch.
  • Fat free greek yogurt (200g) with tropical musli (40g), left in so it gets all lovely and soft and today I treated myself to some extra raisens. Think I'll start putting some soft fruit on instead like raspberries. NOM NOM NOM oh and a cup of tea lol!

I split breakfast into two "mini" meals, usually:

Cup of coffee (with two ID creamers and a hit of Splenda)
Two sticks of reduced fat mozzarella string cheese
One packet of Quaker Warm 'n Crunchy Granola (apple cinnamon) with a little milk (I put it as 1 ounce but it's not even that much)

Then when I got to work:
One Golden Delicious apple (small size)
Cup of Yoplait Greek 100 yogurt (pineapple today)

That'll hold me over until lunchtime (usually around 1:30 or so).

ETA: That sounds like a hell of a lot, doesn't it? Only today is my gym day and I usually burn 3000+ cals on those days. I SHOULD be eating more... :/
