1.4 lbs in 2 days

So I've gotten into the habit of weighing myself after my rest days. I don't log my water but I drink 2L+ a day. Also I weigh myself at the same time. I just found 1.4 to be a lot. Any explanations?

    Sometimes if you've been retaining weight for a while it'll all come off at once. I lost 2.2lbs in 2 days this week because the week before I was on my period and retained a lot of weight, so when that disappeared, my actual weight loss showed on the scale. Obviously you wont have been on your period, but there are a number of things that can make us retain weight for a bit.

    I'm 3 lbs heavier today than I was two days ago....don't stress. It's just fluid.

    It's a gift that the weight loss gods bestow upon you in the beginning. Accept it and never question their generosity, for you are now blessed with the motivation to see it happen again and again.
