My name is Emma. I am 32yo with 3 kids aged 6, 3 and 1.
I am 240lbs, looking to lose around 100lbs.
I have restricted mobility after complications with the birth of my youngest, so I'm finding it very hard to exercise to assist with my weight loss.
I would love to chat/ meet up with people in my local area for support/ weight loss tips
