I joined MFP last week and just realized I really need to pay attention to my caloric intake. I've done Low Carb and it seemed to work for a bit but then got stuck and was still in the induction phase. Now I've decided to try a lower caloric intake and need some friends to help motivate me and push me to stay positive. I finally decided to do my whole food journal yesterday and holy moly no wonder why I'm gaining weight!! Help me!! LOL

If your not seeing progress with low carb, try having 1 high carb day a week, It works great for me! It has to do with your insulin and glycogen levels needing to be replenished(you could google it for more detail)
Also I found out that I was Gluten intolerent, many ppl are apparently, cutting out bread from my diet made a world of difference.
Hope this helps, good luck and don't give up. Many diets work, until they don't, so switching things up always a good idea.
