Question about glasses of water on food profile

Hey everyone! I have a quick question. When you are entering your foods, there's a thing at the bottom for number of glasses of water you drank for the day. What exactly is a "glass" measured as? I ask because sometimes I'm drinking out of a reuseable water container, and other times it's just this huge plastic cup I have lol.
For some reason, the value of 8oz = 1 glass of water comes to mind.
Thanks!

I can't promise what they mean on here, but I equate 1 glass to be 8oz. Meaning 8 oz 8 times a day would be 64oz.0

Glass of water is usually about 250ml which is just over 8oz, but I find it easier to measure by keeping a large 750ml or 1l bottle near by.0

They actually measure "cups" of water. Which literally means if you use a measuring cup and pour water into it up to the one cup mark. Luckily that easily translates to 8 oz!0

Yep. It is recommended you drink 8 glasses of water a day, or 64 oz. So 1 glass= 1 cup (8 oz).0

8 oz = 1 glass. Try to get at least half your body weight in ounces drunk daily. If you weigh 200, drink 100 oz.0

Awesome, thanks everyone! I just measured that plastic cup I have sitting at my desk, and it is equal to 2 cups or 16 oz.
