Am I doing something wrong?

Hi MFPers!
I've been using MFP just under 30 days. I lost 17 lbs in the 1st 3 weeks of being on here. In the last week, my weight has fluctuated up and down within a 3 lbs range. I do exercise regularly and almost always eat at a deficit (except Superbowl Sunday). Would anyone mind looking at my diary and seeing if I'm doing something wrong? Is it just a mini-plateau that I have to push through?
Thanks.

Try eating more calories and see if you can kick it going again.0

17 lbs in 3 weeks.. Probably don't need any advice... You overate on Sunday, let your body balance out.0

Weight fluctuations are normal and to be expected. Keep doing what you're doing and reevaluate in several weeks.0

The only suggestions I have are this...
min for men is 1800 calories...net at least that...
But also weigh your food...
But as others have said 17lbs is a good start...and remember weight loss is not linear...you will have ups and downs...0 -
Thanks for the encouragement. I really wanted to be at 315 at the end of my 1st 30 days, but the scale hasn't moved downward in a week. Maybe I need to set smaller goals, so I won't get discouraged.0

That is a tremendous amount of weight loss in 3 weeks. Congratulations on your success. I also agree you could be eating more, especially with your exercise. You won't be able to sustain that quantity of weekly loss.0
