Well...after a long few months, I AM BACK! Time to finish what I started and get healthy and strong for me and no one else!
My hubby's Dad is in a nursing home & has been ill for about a year and a half-dementia, UTI's and all that comes with being 79 & unhealthy your whole life, in and out of hospital the whole time. We have to take care of all of his "stuff"-house, medical, etc. so it is very time consuming and stressful.
My hubby had surgery in Sept., had a terrible staph infection putting him in the hospital & out of work for the better part of 2 months, then off to our family cruise (first one ever) in November only to come home and sprain my foot and ankle! This all set me back on my goals-slowed me down to nothing for exercise but I did still try to eat right for the most part.
SOOOO now I say - the heck with all of these excuses! I've called my Personal Trainer & am getting ready to start seeing her again every other week which will then commit me to exercising 3-4 times a week which is exactly the kick in the seat I need.
I am motivated and excited! My husband has taken control of his health and is clean eating and exercising with a trainer as well & is seeing AWESOME results (something I have prayed he would do for over 20 years!) so now it's time for me to put my money where my mouth is!!
I'm also committing to logging my food - I know it works...I just get lazy. NO more lazy!!

Outstanding! Have to say from what I understand, exercise is a relatively smaller percentage of the equation as opposed to the food you eat. Go to war with yourself and take no prisoners!0

Thank you! I'm excited to get it done once and for all. I have lots of plans for hiking and camping this summer with my family and will need them to keep up with me!!! (as opposed to me always trying to catch up to them!)
