does it matter how long i lift?

i started stronglifts today and many ppl say it takes 30-45 min. however i did it in 15-20 min. is that still a good workout?

    Yes, it will take longer as the weights get heavier, and you do a longer warm up.

    It's not about time grasshopper, but about content.
    10 minutes doing heavy barbell squats is better than an hour of curls and tricep kickbacks.

    Once SL gets really heavy... You may be resting 4-5 minutes between sets.
