30 Day Squat Challenge

I found this challenge on Pinterest. I did not create it, nor do I make any claims to it.

I will list out the first week, add me or just write here if you want to participate. Anyone wanna do this challenge with me? :)

Day 1 - 50 squats
Day 2 - 55 squats
Day 3 - 60 squats
Day 4 - Rest
Day 5 - 70 squats
Day 6 - 75 squats
Day 7 - 80 squats

    Nope! Just decided to do it yesterday, going to start today! I already do planks, so the day-1 20 second plank won't be much for me, but I'm still doing the challenge to keep me from slacking off!

    I have a BBM group now available for 30 day challenges. if you don't know BBM is available on iPhone and android.


    This is a BBM group for 30 day challenges. in the morning let everyone know what needs to be done for example for 30 day squats i will let you know you need to do 30 squats and i will send you a link on how to do them properly so you get the most out of them :) this is a great way for us to all motivate each other.

  • It started yesterday (for me at least) but if you want to start today I don't see why not. I figured that if anyone was doing it they could just comment here once they have it done for the day.

    I'm on day 9 of a 30 Day squat challenge. Did 100 squats today...so proud of myself. Keep up the awesome work!

    I'm on Day 25 of the squat challenge and LOVE it. I'm also doing the jumping jack, plank and chair dip challenges :)

    Can anyone join the squat challenge or is it ladies only,

    I'm doing a plank challenge at work and I'm up to 123 seconds (and it hurts).
  • So great to hear everyone is keeping up with it! I did the squat & plank for yesterday too!

    Definitely anyone male or female can participate. It's not really organized, just a place for people to check in and keep up their accountability (I know it need it, haha)
  • Since today is day 7! I'm going to post the next week for anyone doing it along with me :)

  • I just started the squat and plank challenges today! Can't wait to post results :) I hope you guys post yours too, I feel like a lot of people just give up half way through. Good Luck y'all!!!
