My name is Benny. In the beginning of January I weighed in at 235. I then started counting calories and exercising at least 5 days a week which made a very big weight loss impact because I am very new to counting calories and I always end up under.. I play league tennis and also used to be a league bowler. I am also a Filipino folk dancer and have been performing since the year 2000. I am currently trying to be a nurse.

My weight loss goals:
- Fit into pants I wore in high school (achieved :D)
- to be able to do 10 pulls ups
- Do my first 5k, 8k, 10k, (this year)
- do a half marathon

Weight goals:
- 200 pounds ( 7 pounds away)
- 180 pounds
- 155 pounds
