Tiny NSV

I know this will sound pretty pathetic to you guys who all probably have an amazing array of fitness achievements but I have never been able to do a proper push up ever in my whole life, I could do the girly ones thought. Finally, today I did the amazing grand total of 2 whole push ups for the first time ever. Go me. I'm basically an athlete now. lol

Thanks guys. Tried it again, managed three this time. It's strange because I tried a couple of days ago and still couldn't do a proper one. I bet it's because I had Wagamamas for dinner...it's good!!!

An accomplishment is an accomplishment...and pushups are HARD....I am in the military and they are something you have to train to do right...which reminds me ..time to start prepping again :)

That's great! And it's not silly or tiny. One of my non-scale goals is to do a push-up. Just one, although I'm sure I'll then try for two. I'm 'in training' for it at work using the forklift (setting the forks lower and lower and doing push-ups off them until, one day, my hands will be on the ground).

Congrats! I can't wait for the day when I'll be able to do one... As it stands now, I need a 45 degree angle... Maybe one day I'll even get to pull-ups!

Not a tiny NSV. Nothing one can do for the first time is tiny. It is huge!:drinker:
When you check one off, then you can move on to cross something else you could never do before. And they seem just a bit more achievable now too.
    Great job.
I was among those that couldn't do a proper push up also. Now if I can just get to an unassisted pullup
