What are your meal times?

I know meal timing/frequency is irrelevant to weight loss as long as you hit your goals/macros, BUT I'm just wondering out of curiosity what your guys' meal times are :)

Mine are:

Breakfast: 11AM
Lunch: 2PM
Dinner: 5PM
Snacks: 7, 8 & 9:30PM

So really every 3 hours for meals.

    still working on it, but so far

    breakfast : 9:30-10 AM
    lunch : 1 PM
    dinner : 9 PM

    there's usually some snack between lunch and dinner especially mon-fri. not because i'm hungry but because my coworkers and i are always sharing delicious snacks. right now i'm trying not to look behind me because on the shared table there are 2 jars of nutella and several lattemiele cookies :sad:
  • Bfast = 7:00 to 8:00
    AM Snack = 10:15
    Lunch = noon
    PM Snack = 3:00
    Supper = 6:00 to 7:00

    If I am doing something like lifting or a DVD program, I have a pre & post workout supplement. If I am just going out for a jog or cardio, then I don't. I personally cannot eat anything before heavy exertion, I either get bad cramps or just throw up. I can get back to it after throwing up, but bad cramps just send my work out into a tail spin. I am also not great at taking fluids while doing cardio on the move. I just have never gotten the nack for it. I have to stop, drink and then go.

    Breakfast 7 AM (usually more like 7:10-7:15)

    Lunch - between 11:30-12

    Dinner - between 5:30-6 usually

    I don't really snack. I am more likely to tack other foods and/or treats onto my lunch or dinner. I usually don't eat after 7.

    On my current weekday schedule, it's usually:

    7:30-8:30 am: Breakfast (depends on when I get up and whether I am reading/working/waiting for my wife to get up).

    12-1 pm: Lunch (usually sometime during that range)

    5:30-7:30 pm: Snack and cocktail (or mocktail if I'm being good); exactly when depends on whether and how long I exercise.

    8 pm: Dinner (right after Jeopardy)

    Weekends are more variable; sometimes I'll make a big breafast and then just have a light afternoon snack. Sometimes I'll pound out 40-50 miles on my bike, or more, and then have a big snack.

    On weekdays, breakfast and lunch usually add up to about 500-600 calories; my goal right now is 1400 net, so I get most of my calories in the evening. Seems to work!

    Breakfast - usually around 8 AM as I bring it with me to work and I eat it at my desk

    Lunch - usually around 1 because I use my lunch hour to ride my bike or otherwise exercise and I just eat my lunch at my desk

    Dinner - usually around 8:30 PM as I don't usually get home from work until 6:15 or so and around 7:30 on gym nights. Usually the wife and I are scrambling to get dinner on the table for our two boys so that we can get them in by 7:00 (youngest) - 8:00 (oldest). We eat after they go to bed so we can have some peace and frackin' quiet.

    I usually have 2-3 snacks during the afternoon as well.

    Varies greatly. I work 7-7 rotating days and nights. So I eat whenever is convenient at the time. No set schedule for lunch at work, sometimes whenever you want and others if your lucky. Just depends on how the day is due to the nature of the work you don't know what your getting from day to day.

    Depends on if I have morning or evening classes!! So they might be:

    6:30am breakfast
    9:45ish small snack (a fruit or carrots or something of that size...)
    12:00 Lunch
    3:00pm small snack (a fruit or carrots or something of that size...)
    6:pm Dinner
    8:30 maaaybeeee I'll sneak in a small snack here, but I'm trying to cut that out

    OR

    11am Brunch
    2:30pm small snack
    6pm dinner
    8:30 - again, the soon-to-be-no-more snack

    ^ Those are really the days I manage to cut some calories! I still get up early, but then I just take my time to enjoy coffee for some time before even thinking of breakfast

    varies a lot with me i basically just eat when ever i'm hungry - usually ends up being every couple hours from when i wake up until about 5 - 7 pm (leaving 5+ hours to digest so i can sleep well... my appetite isn't the same day to day so some days i only eat 2x or so and others i'm eating upwards of 7x.

    It all varies depending on when I work (retail, no set schedule other than weekends), when I get up, etc. Dinner is usually between 6:30-7, though, except Thursdays when I can't eat until 9:30 or later.

    9am, 1pm, 7pm, 10pm.
  • Breakfast = 8:30
    Mid-morning snack = 10:30
    Lunch = 13:00
    Pre-workout snack = 16:30
    Workout = 18:00 to 19:00
    Post workout snack = 19:05
    Dinner = 20:30
  • I eat a huge dinner around 8:30pm. That's my only meal besides a small pre or post workout snack. It works well for me otherwise it's too hard to stay under my calorie goal.

    Small snack: 2pm-4pm (if wanted)
