Hi everyone!
I just started the HCG diet on November 8th & have lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks! I am super excited about losing some weight & getting in shape!! I really did not want to start until after the holidays but after I saw a picture of me from Halloween, I was appalled & could not believe I had let myself go as much as I did. The diet so far has helped me to not only lose the weight but really start to think about what I should & should not eat. After the HCG, I plan to keep a low calorie, good exercise lifestyle because I am enjoying all my energy I have! Thanks to SuperHippieChik for getting me started on this website!!!

    HCG is a hormone found in pregnant women that, when used with a very specific, low calorie diet, will use your calories for muscle & not fat! It actually 'attacks' your current stored fat cells. You can find more information on the internet or through a doctor but so far, it has worked for me & my husband lost 24 pounds in a month with the HCG diet!
