Before and After Thanksgiving Pictures 09/10

...and no, I don't mean before and after you eat Turkey! Ha ha!
I mean, its been a whole year since last Thanksgiving. No matter where you are at in your weight loss journey, in your lifestyle change, a year has gone by since the last Turkey day. There is most assuredly a change in your appearance from last Thanksgiving whether you started counting calories last year or four weeks ago!
Usually pictures get taken on this day of Thanks and there is at least one picture of yourself somewhere in there. If you are anything like me...its usually one with me slinking in the background...lol! Last year I actually allowed a few pictures to be taken of myself lol...and if I ever get out of the joint (I like to refer to the hospital at the joint, it sounds way more tough that way...lol!) I am looking forward to being IN pictures this year!
I would LOVE to see everyone's pictures...I love seeing changes, outfits and fun!

I tried on my outfit for the feast tomorrow and I looked good in a dressy button up shirt. I have dinner planned with my fiancess family in Detroit.

I have lost 64 lbs since then and I couldn't be happier! I will take another pic tomorrow to add to the thread for my "after".

ugghh... had a baby since last thanksgiving, but last thanksgiving I was at the point I had lost over 50 pounds... getting back close to that size but not back there yet since having the baby 2 months ago!0

This is my last year....the photos that made me cry in disbelief and sink into further "feeling sorry for myself" another 10 months before I decided to do something about (i.e. join MFP). Hope to have some amazing "afters" to share at some point...
Ugh...I hate letting other people see these, but maybe it will be a motivator.

oh btw-- my pic in my calorie counter was me around last thanksgiving--- I'm about 6 pounds from that weight then I"m going to keep going :-P0 -

WOW, great job everyone!!! I don't know how to post photos on the thread but In my photos I have a pic of me on Thanksgiving holding my nephew......I can't believe the difference myself! I'm SO thankful to MFP and my MFP family for all the support! Loving this journey of self discovery and what I am able to accomplish :bigsmile:0

I hope everyone had a VERY happy holiday! I got out of the hospital in the nick of time and was able to enjoy it with the absolute loves of my life!) Such precious precious people! ) Here are my two after pictures!

My sister happened to get one of all three of us, which is a miracle! Grady just looked at the camera and smiled! He's autistic so when I saw the picture I gasped!!! )

I don't have any full body comparisons because I always deleted pictures that showed anything below my chest. I don't have to do that anymore!0 -
I don't have a full body one for comparison. Last year I avoided them like the plague and this year was so busy I didn't even think to get my camera out until the last hour or so.0 -

I really wish I had before/after pics: the last few years I've pretty much avoided pics until recently! I'm now wishing I hadn't of avoided the camera so I could "see" my results
Well, I'll throw in a visual: last ThanxGiving I was around 170lbs (5'6"), this year I'm at 150: not a big difference except that I've been focusing on working out so have built muscle and toned & firmed everywhere: Everyone, including those in my family that are PFT's, think I've lost way more than just 20 lbs: some think I've lost 30-40lbs :happy:

I wish I had a before pic.. my mother might have one but not at my starting weight. I think It was when I was 179 lbs. Still if I could find it I could show a 179 lb to a 152 pound.. 27 pounds lighter!!0
