    Next target ... 180lbs :-) ... set yourself a goal that you can measure ... give yourseld a time limit too ...
    Say, down to 180 in 4 weeks. Remember to pat yourself on the back wehn you get there.

    this is horrible advice. 20 pounds in 4 weeks should be the new goal? ridiculous!
