My name is Heather and I have been having a problem with weight loss and I'm super happy that my friend told me about this awesome site. It really has been a huge help to me and I just want to thank the person behind it! I look forward to losing a lot of the weight that I have put on due to not working out as much as I should and I surly eat right but you can't lose weight if you don't workout. I hope to make new friends that can guide me through this and give me any kinda pointers that may be a help. Thanks

You can do it! Just remember that this is a lifestyle change - not a short-term diet. There will be days where you're over your calorie goals, don't exercise, weeks when you don't lose, etc - just forgive yourself, be kind to yourself and start again where you left off.. All those small changes will make a difference.0
