Weight not changing

I have been consistently following my calories and exercised 4 times a week since I started to diet Jan 24th. I end my day with around a 200-400 calorie deficit and make sure to always eat at least 1200 calories. I have only lost a pound in 2 weeks (the other 6 I lost at the end of last year). Has anyone else experienced this? I keep hoping to see a drop one morning, but hasn't happened. Any suggestions?

Sometimes it just takes time. If you are losing at least something just stick with it for a couple of more weeks and then re-evaluate.0

If you have a 200 calorie deficit per day, it will take you approximately 17 days to lose one pound. Sounds like you're on the right track. Just keep at it and be patient.0

You're eating more than you think or over estimating exercise calories make sure you weigh and measure everything accurately0

Yah I experienced this when I first got here too...I wasn't weighing my food...bought a food scale...bam 1lb a week instead of 1/2lb0

Thanks! I will definitely get a scale.0
