A lot of those pounds on the scale today are un-digested food... Don't weigh until Monday!

    And water retention! Turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, corn, pie, chips & dip... it all has a buttload of sodium.

    So true. I logged my meal yesterday and my sodium (amoung other things) was off the scale. But I knew I was going to eat and I set goals to incorporate the extra and increased my routines to work it off.

    Here we go!

    sw 150 high blood pressure
    1st gw 140 by dec met
    next goal 130 by jan 2011
    maintain weight 130 and exercise 5-6 times a week 60 minute a day
    water intake min 8 glasses daily

    So I got undigested food...5 pounds of red meat...an unknown quantity of chewing gum AND the white glue I ate in kindergarten still lurking me.

    NO WONDER I am overweight.

    mmmmm paste. they shouldn't make it so minty smelling - less kids would eat it!
