Insanity Results (Recovery Week)

So apparently you get results from the Recovery week as well. I was kind of shocked to do my weight and measurements this morning and see some pretty decent results!

Let's get started shall we? I started measurements and stuff after week 2 was done, so here's the numbers!


Weight:
190 -> 186 -> 186 -> 184.4

Body Fat:
27% -> 26.3% -> 24.5% -> 23.5%

Waist:
38" -> 37.5" -> 37" -> 36.5"

Chest:
40.5" -> 38" -> 37.5" -> 37.5"

Hips:
42" -> 41.5" -> 41" -> 40"

Legs:
22.5" -> 22" -> 21.5" -> 21"

Arms:
11.5" -> 12.25" -> 12.5" -> 12.5"


I'm quite happy with this, and was not expecting any sort of real results with Recovery especially with the injury I had...today is the Fit Test, I'm splitting Fit Test and the MAX Interval Circuit into two days, because....well....that's just crazy!

If my chest doesn't start to go down though, I'm going to need a bra, because I'm getting some serious moobs...and I already HAD THEM!
